The Norway Chess 2025 tournament is scheduled to take place from May 26 to June 6, 2025, in Stavanger, Norway, at the Finansparken venue.
This elite event features six of the world's top grandmasters competing in a double round-robin format. Notably, the tournament employs an innovative format where every classical game must produce a decisive result. If a classical game ends in a draw, an Armageddon tiebreak is played to determine the winner.
