Freestyle Chess Las Vegas

Participants: 16 players.

Day 1: Group Stage.

- Two groups of eight, single round-robin.

- Time control: 10 minutes + 10 seconds increment.

- The top 4 in each group go to the upper bracket; 5-8 drop into the lower bracket.

Days 2-5: Double-Elimination Bracket.

- All matches are best-of-two at 30 minutes + 30 seconds increment.

Tiebreak ladder: 2 rapid games (10|10) → 2 blitz (5|2) → bidding Armageddon (max 5 min for White, draw odds for Black).
