Bundesliga Round 7/8

The Bundesliga is the strongest chess league in the world, featuring many of the top players. This is a team tournament played around various locations in Germany over seven weekends throughout the year.

Tournament system:

There are 16 teams in the league, where all of them play each other once in a Round Robin format. They play over seven weekends between September 2024 and April 2025.

Time control:

100 minutes for 40 moves, followed by 50 minutes for the rest of the game. Additionally the players get a 30-second increment per move.
